Individual shipments
Individual Shipments are the most popular option for companies with remote or highly distributed employees.
With Individual Shipments, employee orders are shipped directly to each employee's preferred shipping address. This creates a simple and convenient experience for both employees and administrators because Launch manages the fulfillment and delivery process.

Multiple location shipments
Multiple Location Shipments are designed for companies with employees spread across multiple offices. Employees are assigned to office locations within Launch, allowing orders to be grouped and delivered to the appropriate office automatically.
This approach helps simplify distribution while reducing shipping costs compared to sending every order individually.
Multiple Location Shipments are commonly used for:

- National employee programs
- Multi-office organizations
Multiple Location Shipments are priced at $6 per employee order within the United States.
Single location shipments
Single Location Shipments allow all employee orders to be delivered together to one office or designated location.
This option is often selected when a company plans to distribute merchandise internally or coordinate product distribution around a specific event.
Single Location Shipments are commonly used for:
- Company headquarters
- Employee pickup programs

- Internal merchandise distributions
Unless Pre-Pack service is selected, merchandise is delivered as a consolidated shipment and is not separated by employee.

When to use Pre-Pack service
Pre-Pack service is available with both Multiple Location Shipments and Single Location Shipments. With Pre-Pack enabled, apparel orders are individually bagged and labeled by employee name before arriving at the delivery location. This makes distribution significantly easier for administrators who would otherwise need to sort merchandise manually.
Pre-Pack service is especially helpful for:
