Pre-pack service

Pre-Pack Service helps companies organize employee apparel distributions when multiple employee orders are being shipped to one office location.

Instead of receiving loose apparel items that must be manually sorted and matched against employee order spreadsheets, employee apparel orders are individually grouped, bagged and labeled by employee name before arriving at the office location.

This makes internal distribution substantially easier for the company once shipments arrive.

Pre-Pack Service is commonly used with:

  • Multiple Locations
  • Single Location

How Pre-Pack Service works

With Pre-Pack Service enabled, all apparel items ordered by an employee are folded together into one labeled poly bag.

For example, if an employee orders:

  • A polo
  • A jacket
  • A t-shirt

those apparel items are grouped together into one employee-labeled bag for distribution.

This allows internal teams to quickly hand out employee merchandise by name instead of manually reviewing spreadsheets, matching SKUs, sorting garment sizes or organizing products individually.

Because apparel items are grouped by employee before shipment, Pre-Pack Service significantly reduces the amount of sorting and organization required once shipments arrive at the office.

Non-apparel item handling

Pre-Pack Service applies to apparel items only.

Products such as:

  • Hats
  • Backpacks
  • Drinkware
  • Accessories
  • Other structured items

may ship separately or be packed independently from employee apparel bags depending on the product type and packaging requirements.

Because these products often require different box sizes or protective packaging, they are not typically included inside employee apparel poly bags.

When companies should consider Pre-Pack Service

Pre-Pack Service is especially useful for companies receiving larger grouped shipments to one office location.

As employee order counts increase, manually sorting and distributing merchandise internally can quickly become time-consuming and operationally difficult.

Companies should strongly consider Pre-Pack Service when:

  • Large employee launches are being delivered to one office
  • More than 50 employee orders are shipping to one location
  • Apparel-heavy orders require significant sorting
  • Office events or employee pickup programs are planned
  • Internal teams want to simplify merchandise distribution

Pre-Pack Service helps reduce the amount of manual organization required once shipments arrive and creates a cleaner employee handoff experience during distribution.
