Multiple locations
Multiple Locations allow companies to tag employees with their office location so employee orders can be professionally packed and shipped to the corresponding office.
This shipping method is designed for companies with multiple physical office locations that want each office to receive its own organized delivery of employee orders.
Instead of routing all merchandise through one central office, Launch automatically groups employee orders together based on their assigned office location and ships each office its own consolidated delivery.
Tag employees by office location
Employees are assigned to office locations using employee tags within Launch.
For example, a company with offices in Chicago, New York and Miami would assign employees a corresponding office location tag based on where they work. Once orders are placed, Launch automatically recognizes the employee’s assigned office location and applies the order to the correct office shipment.
This process works similarly to Launch Codes, where employee tags associate specific Launch Codes to the employee. In this case, employee tags are used to associate employees with a specific office shipment location.
Employee location tags can be assigned:
- During employee list imports
- Individually within the dashboard
- Through bulk employee edits within Launch
This allows companies to manage office-based shipping assignments efficiently as employee lists grow and change over time.
Shipping costs
Multiple Location Shipments are priced at $6 per employee order within the United States.
Each office location receives a consolidated shipment containing the grouped employee orders assigned to that location.
Because employee orders must still be separated, organized and prepared by office location before shipment, Multiple Locations includes fulfillment and shipping coordination that helps ensure each office receives an accurate and organized delivery.
Pre-Pack service availability
Pre-Pack Service is available for Multiple Locations.
With Pre-Pack enabled, employee apparel orders are individually bagged and labeled by employee name before arriving at the office location. This makes internal distribution substantially easier once shipments arrive.
Pre-Pack Service is priced at $7 per employee order and applies to apparel items only. Certain products such as hats, bags and accessories may ship separately depending on packaging requirements.
