Shipping costs and pricing

Shipping costs within Launch vary depending on how employee orders are packed, organized and distributed.

Each shipping method includes different levels of fulfillment labor, packaging, organization and carrier handling depending on how merchandise is being delivered to employees. While shipping costs are partially influenced by carrier rates, they also reflect the operational work required to accurately organize, pack and prepare employee merchandise for delivery.

Individual Shipments

Individual Shipments are priced at $18 per employee order within the United States and ship via UPS Ground.

With Individual Shipments, each employee order is individually picked, packed and prepared for shipment by the Launch fulfillment team. Orders are professionally packaged and shipped directly to the employee’s preferred shipping address, creating a retail-style delivery experience for the recipient.

This pricing includes:

  • Individual order fulfillment
  • Shipping boxes and packaging materials
  • UPS Ground shipping within the U.S.
  • Shipment tracking notifications
  • Fulfillment labor and packing time

Because every employee order is packed and shipped separately, Individual Shipments involve the highest level of fulfillment labor and carrier handling.

Multiple Location Shipments

Multiple Location Shipments are priced at $6 per employee order within the United States.

With this shipping method, employee orders are grouped together based on office location tags assigned within Launch. The fulfillment team separates merchandise by office, verifies grouped orders, reconciles packing slips and prepares each office shipment individually before delivery.

This process allows companies with multiple office locations to receive organized shipments at each office instead of routing all merchandise through one central location.

This pricing includes:

  • Office-level shipment grouping
  • Packing slip reconciliation
  • Shipment verification by office location
  • Packaging materials and boxes
  • UPS Ground shipping within the U.S.
  • Fulfillment labor and shipment preparation

Because employee orders must still be separated, organized and verified by office location, Multiple Location Shipments require additional fulfillment coordination compared to traditional bulk shipments.

Single Location Shipments

Single Location Shipments are priced at $3 per employee order within the United States.

This is a traditional bulk shipment where all employee orders are packed together and delivered to one office or delivery location selected by the company.

Although all merchandise ships to one location, the Launch fulfillment team still picks, organizes, verifies and prepares the shipment before delivery. Orders are reconciled against the final order list and packaged for outbound shipment through UPS.

This pricing includes:

  • Shipment preparation and verification
  • Packaging materials and boxes
  • UPS Ground shipping within the U.S.
  • Fulfillment labor and packing time

Because all employee orders ship together to one destination, Single Location Shipments typically have the lowest shipping cost per employee.

Pre-Pack service

Pre-Pack service is available for both Multiple Location Shipments and Single Location Shipments and is priced at $7 per employee order.

With Pre-Pack enabled, employee apparel orders are individually bagged and labeled by employee name before arriving at the office location. This helps simplify internal distribution once shipments arrive and reduces the amount of sorting required by the company’s team.

Pre-Pack service involves additional fulfillment labor because each employee order must be individually organized, labeled and prepared before shipment.

While Pre-Pack shipments are designed primarily for organization and internal distribution efficiency, individually bagged and labeled orders also create a cleaner and more professional employee handoff experience compared to loose bulk merchandise.

Pre-Pack service applies to apparel items only. Certain products such as hats, bags and accessories may ship separately depending on packaging requirements.

International shipping costs

International shipping is available for eligible countries and is priced separately from domestic U.S. shipments.

International shipping costs may vary depending on:

  • Destination country
  • Shipment dimensions
  • Package weight
  • Carrier pricing
  • Duties and taxes (DDP)

International shipments may also require additional transit time depending on customs processing and destination country requirements.
