Single location
Single Location Shipments allow companies to ship all employee orders together to one office or delivery location.
This is a traditional bulk shipment where all merchandise is packed together and delivered to a single destination selected by the company. Once the shipment arrives, the merchandise is distributed internally by the company’s team.
Unless Pre-Pack service is selected, employee orders are not individually separated or labeled when delivered.
Single Location Shipments are commonly used for:
- Company headquarters
- Office events
- Employee pickups
- Internal merchandise distributions
This shipping method is ideal for companies that want all employee merchandise delivered to one central location for internal handling and distribution.
Internal distribution responsibilities
Once the shipment arrives, the company is responsible for organizing and distributing merchandise internally.
Depending on the size of the launch, this may include:
- Sorting products by employee
- Organizing apparel sizes and garment styles
- Preparing employee pickups
- Distributing merchandise internally
- Shipping packages to remote employees if needed
Launch carefully verifies and packs shipments before delivery. However, once the shipment is accepted by the receiving office, Launch is unable to verify how merchandise is distributed internally by the company.
For larger employee programs, companies may want to consider Pre-Pack service to simplify internal distribution once shipments arrive.
Shipping costs
A Single location Shipment is priced at $3 per employee order within the United States.
All employee orders are grouped together into one consolidated shipment delivered to the selected office or shipping location.
International shipments may require additional shipping charges depending on destination country, package dimensions and shipment weight.
Pre-Pack service availability
Pre-Pack service is available for Single location shipments.
With Pre-Pack enabled, employee apparel orders are individually bagged and labeled by employee name before arriving at the delivery location. This makes internal distribution substantially easier once shipments arrive.
Pre-Pack service is priced at $7 per employee order and applies to apparel items only. Certain products such as hats, bags and accessories may ship separately depending on packaging requirements.
