Individual shipments
One of the biggest advantages of Individual Shipments is convenience.
Orders are professionally picked, packed and shipped directly to your employees’ preferred shipping address, creating a streamlined experience for both employees and admins. Each shipment is packaged individually and delivered similarly to a retail ecommerce order, allowing employees to receive company merchandise directly without requiring internal distribution from your team.
Employees also automatically receive shipment tracking notifications once their order ships.
Why internal merchandise distribution becomes difficult to manage
Without Individual Shipments, companies are often responsible for receiving large bulk deliveries and manually organizing merchandise for employees. While this may sound manageable at first, the process can quickly become time-consuming and operationally difficult once hundreds of products arrive at the office.
Internal teams are often responsible for:
- Sorting products by employee
- Separating sizes and garment styles
- Identifying men’s and women’s variations
- Organizing multiple product categories
- Repacking employee orders
- Coordinating office pickups
- Shipping packages to remote employees
This process can become especially difficult for larger launches, remote teams or companies managing multiple product categories at once.
With Individual Shipments, Launch handles the fulfillment and shipping process from start to finish, allowing admins to avoid the operational workload entirely. In many cases, the company never physically handles the merchandise at all.
Best use cases for Individual Shipments
Individual Shipments are commonly used for remote teams, hybrid workplaces, employee gifting programs, onboarding kits and ongoing company stores that remain open year-round.
This option is especially valuable for companies that want to simplify distribution and reduce internal coordination. It also works well for organizations with employees spread across multiple states or countries where centralized office distribution would be difficult to manage.
Shipping costs
Individual Shipments are priced at $18 per order for shipments within the United States and ship via UPS Ground. This pricing applies to the contiguous U.S., with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii.
International shipping is also available through Launch, with pricing based on destination country, package dimensions, shipment weight and any applicable DDP charges, which are prepaid duties and taxes required for international delivery.
International shipping charges are billed separately from domestic U.S. shipments due to the additional carrier and customs requirements involved with international fulfillment.
International shipping support
Launch supports international direct-to-employee shipping for eligible countries.
International shipments may require additional transit time depending on destination country, customs processing and carrier availability.
