How to start a free trial at Launch

Start a 14-Day Free Trial

Launch offers a 14-day free trial so companies can explore the platform before activating a paid subscription.

The trial gives you access to the Launch dashboard where you can begin building and previewing your company swag store before opening it to employees.

During your trial, you can:

  • Upload company logos
  • Add products to your store
  • Preview your branded storefront
  • Explore shipping and payment settings
  • Review employee ordering workflows
  • Test the overall store setup experience

The free trial is designed for setup, testing, and platform evaluation purposes. Employee ordering is not enabled during the trial period.

How to start your trial

Getting started with Launch typically takes only a few minutes.

To begin:

  1. Create your Launch account
  2. Verify your email address
  3. Access your Launch dashboard
  4. Begin customizing your store

Most companies begin by uploading logos, adding products, and previewing their storefront experience.

Features available on paid plans

Some advanced features are only available on active paid Launch plans designed for live employee stores.

This may include:

  • Uploading employee lists
  • Creating Launch Codes
  • Activating employee ordering
  • Adding expanded product selections
  • Automated employee messaging
  • Advanced store management tools
  • Live reporting and order management

This structure allows companies to evaluate the platform during the free trial before enabling a live employee ordering experience.

Do I need a credit card to start a trial?

No credit card is required to start a Launch free trial.

A paid plan is required when you're ready to activate your store and unlock advanced employee ordering features.

What happens after the trial ends?

At the end of the 14-day trial, you’ll need to select a paid Launch plan to continue using the platform and activate employee ordering.

Once upgraded, companies can:

  • Open their store to employees
  • Accept employee orders
  • Enable direct-to-employee shipping
  • Access advanced Launch features
  • Use live reporting and management tools

If a paid plan is not selected, your store setup may remain temporarily saved for a limited period.

Need help getting started?

The Launch team is available to answer questions and walk companies through the platform during the trial process.

Many customers schedule a demo to review:

  • Store setup
  • Product selection
  • Shipping methods
  • Employee ordering workflows
  • Launch Codes and payment settings

Some companies complete their initial setup within a day, while others take a more gradual approach. Launch is designed to move at the pace that works best for your team.
