How to start a free trial at Launch

Launch offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Your trial gives you full access to the Launch dashboard so you can set up your store, add logos and products, and explore the platform before choosing a plan.

What's included in your trial

During your 14-day trial you can:

  • Add up to 2 logos

  • Add up to 12 products

  • Create up to 2 Launch Codes

  • Access the full Launch dashboard and setup tools

No plan selection or payment information is required to start.

Start a free trial on the Launch swag store platform

Step 1: Create your account

To get started, visit the Launch pricing page and select Start free trial. You will be prompted to enter your work email, first and last name, company name, and password. Once submitted, a verification code will be sent to your work email to confirm your account.

Use your brand name only for your company name. Do not include legal endings such as LLC, Co., Corp, or LLP, and avoid special characters. For example, enter Acme rather than Acme Corp, LLC.

Step 2: Complete the optional setup survey

Once your account is verified, Launch will ask up to 5 optional questions to help tailor your setup experience — including your role, team priorities, and expected store timeline. You can answer or skip each question.

Step 3: Access your Launch dashboard

Once setup is complete, you will land on your Launch dashboard homepage. From here you can begin the store setup steps:

  • Upload your logos

  • Add products

  • Set up shipping

  • Create Launch Codes

  • Add employees

What happens after 14 days

At the end of your 14-day trial your dashboard and all assets you have added — logos, products, employees, and Launch Codes — remain accessible. To schedule a launch date and make your store available to employees, you will need to choose a plan.
