How to manage your Launch subscription

Launch subscriptions can be managed directly from your Launch dashboard.

From your account, you can review your current plan, manage add-ons, update billing information, and access invoice history.


Selecting a plan

When you're ready to activate your store, you can select a Launch plan directly from your dashboard and provide your payment method.

Activating a plan unlocks employee ordering and allows you to schedule your launch date. Additional services and features associated with your selected plan also become available at that time.


Managing add-ons

Launch plans include a set number of logos, products, and payment codes.

If you need to expand your store beyond the included allowances, add-ons can be purchased directly from your dashboard for immediate use within your account.

Add-ons are billed at the time of purchase. For Always Open plans, active add-ons are included in future subscription invoices until removed. For On-Demand plans, add-ons are billed as a one-time charge associated with the store.


Monthly and annual billing

Always Open plans are available with either monthly or annual billing.

Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days based on the date the subscription is activated. Companies that choose annual billing receive discounted pricing compared to monthly billing.


Payment methods

Launch subscriptions and invoices can be paid using:

  • Credit card
  • ACH bank transfer

Available payment options can be managed directly from your billing settings.


Viewing invoices

Invoices are available directly from the billing section of your Launch dashboard.

Account administrators and billing contacts can review invoice history, download invoices, and monitor subscription activity from a single location.
