Launch subscriptions can be managed directly from your Launch dashboard.
Subscription management access is typically available to account administrators and billing contacts, based on your permission settings.

Changing your Launch plan
Companies can upgrade their Launch plan at any time as their employee merchandise program grows.
This may include moving from:
- On-Demand to Growth
- Growth to Scale
- Scale to a custom Enterprise configuration
Many companies upgrade as they expand:
- Employee participation
- Product selection
- Shipping workflows
- Operational requirements
- Fulfillment complexity

Switching between monthly and annual billing
Launch supports both monthly and annual billing options.
Customers can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time. Any active monthly subscription charges already paid are automatically prorated toward the annual subscription cost.
Customers switching from annual to monthly billing may do so once the current annual billing term has ended.
Managing billing and payment information
Billing contacts can manage:
- Payment methods
- Billing contact information
- Invoice history
- Payment activity
Invoices are automatically added to the Launch dashboard and can typically be paid directly by:
- Credit card
- ACH bank transfer
Billing notifications and payment reminders are also sent to the billing contact on file.
Enterprise plan adjustments
Some Enterprise programs may require ongoing plan adjustments as operational requirements evolve.
This may include:
- Expanded employee management
- Additional shipping locations
- Warehousing or inventory support
- Custom operational workflows
- Additional product or logo capacity
