How to manage your Launch subscription
Selecting a plan
When you are ready to activate your store, select a Launch plan directly from your dashboard and provide your payment method.
Activating a plan unlocks employee ordering and allows you to schedule your launch date. Additional features associated with your selected plan become available at that time.

Switching plans
You can switch between On-Demand and Always Open at any time from your billing settings in the Launch dashboard. If you upgrade from On-Demand to Always Open, your store assets — logos, products, employees, and Launch Codes — carry over to your new plan.
Managing add-ons
Launch plans include a base number of logos, products, and Launch Codes. If you need to expand beyond the included allowances, add-ons can be purchased directly from your dashboard.
Add-ons are billed at the time of purchase. For Always Open plans, active add-ons are included in future subscription invoices until removed. For On-Demand plans, add-ons are billed as a one-time charge associated with that store launch.
To remove an add-on, navigate to your billing settings in the Launch dashboard and remove the add-on before your next billing cycle. See Launch add-on options for pricing and details.
Billing options
Monthly billing Always Open plans are billed every 30 days from the date the subscription is activated.
Annual billing Always Open plans are also available with annual billing at a 15% discount compared to monthly billing. Annual subscriptions remain active through the end of the current annual billing term.
On-Demand plans are billed per launch at $199 per store opening and are not subject to a recurring billing cycle.
Payment methods
Launch subscriptions and invoices can be paid using:
- Credit card
- ACH bank transfer
Payment options can be managed directly from your billing settings in the Launch dashboard.
Viewing invoices
Invoices are available from the billing section of your Launch dashboard. Account administrators and billing contacts can review invoice history, download invoices, and monitor subscription activity from a single location.
