How to cancel your Launch subscription
Launch subscriptions can be canceled directly from your account billing settings.
Before canceling, we recommend reviewing any active employee stores, open orders, inventory, or fulfillment services associated with your account.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
Your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing period.
Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions remain active through the end of the current annual billing term.
Customers on annual billing can choose not to renew their subscription before the next renewal period.
What happens after cancellation?
After cancellation:
- Future subscription billing will stop
- Employee ordering will no longer be available
- Existing orders already placed through the store will continue to be produced and shipped
- Any remaining inventory, fulfillment activity, or account services will be finalized before the account is fully closed
Canceling your subscription does not cancel employee orders that have already been placed through your store. Existing orders will continue to be produced and shipped as normal.
If inventory, fulfillment services, or other account activity remain active at the time of cancellation, the Launch team will coordinate any final shipments and billing before the account is fully closed.
