How to cancel your Launch subscription
Canceling Your Subscription
Launch subscriptions can be canceled by contacting the Launch team or through your account billing settings, depending on your subscription type.
Before canceling, we recommend reviewing any active employee stores, open orders, or fulfillment programs connected to your account.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
Your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions remain active through the end of the current annual billing term.
Customers on annual billing can choose not to renew their subscription before the next renewal period.
What Happens After Cancellation?
After cancellation:
- Employee ordering will be disabled
- Future subscription billing will stop
- Store access may become limited
- Historical invoices and account records may remain temporarily accessible
Canceling your subscription does not cancel pending employee orders that were already placed through your store. Existing orders will continue to be processed and shipped as normal.
If your account includes active fulfillment, inventory storage, or operational services, the Launch team may contact you regarding any remaining account activity before final closure.
