All orders are subject to availability.  If paying with Net 30 account, orders are subject to credit approval.

During the holiday season (Nov 23rd - Dec 31st), additional processing time may be required and/or Shipping carriers might experience delayed shipping times.

Free Ground Shipping in the U.S.
Orders over $250 receive Free Ground Shipping within the Continental United States. Valid for one U.S. delivery address.  

We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO.  Additional fee’s may apply based on dimensions, weight and final delivery address.

We ship UPS, FedEx and USPS based on rates and delivery times.  

Group Orders with multiple shipments
Group orders that require multiple shipments are billed per shipment based on package weight and delivery address. Please contact customclothing@leadapparel.com for more information.

Expedited Shipping
We offer Next Day and Two Day Expedited Service by request only. Additional fees apply.  
Expedited Shipping does not lessen the customization turn-around time.

International rates are based on dimensions, weight and final delivery address. All Duties and Taxes are the sole responsibility of recipient.  

Do you send tracking information when my order ships?
You will receive a shipment notification by email once your order has shipped.  The email will include tracking information and a link to track your package online. 

Can I change the shipping address after I place order?
The shipping address cannot be changed through your online account.  Please contact customclothing@leadapparel.com with your request and our Customer Support team can assist.
