ORDERING COMPANY LOGO GEAR Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
WILL I SEE A PROOF BEFORE YOU PRINT OR EMBROIDER THE MERCHANDISE?
Yes. Within 2 days after you place order, we will send a proof by email. You can approve or request an edit directly from the proof.
Once you approve, we will schedule production and a ship date which can be viewed in your account.
For edit requests, we can make changes to the color scheme, size or placement of the logo. We will notify you by email of any design changes beyond our control.
CAN I SEE A MOCK-UP BEFORE I PLACE AN ORDER?
Yes. You can click "Request Mock-Up" on any product and upload your artwork. We'll do the rest.
CAN I ORDER SAMPLES BEFORE I PLACE AN ORDER?
Yes. If you need to see the merchandise before placing an order, you can submit an order for blank merchandise directly through the site.
Once you're ready to return, we will provide a pre-paid label to return the sample items for a full refund. We ask the merchandise is returned within 30 days.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP AFTER I PLACE THE ORDER?
5 working days for Screen Print.
7 working days for Embroidery.

HOW DO I REQUEST A SPECIFIC PANTONE COLOR FOR MY LOGO?
You can request a Pantone number(s) in the "Notes" section at Checkout.

CAN LEAD APPAREL CREATE A HIGH-RES FILE FOR MY LOGO OR DESIGN?
Yes. We offer Art services including hi-res vector files that can be used for print and embroidery. Fee's apply.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM THAT HAS BEEN DECORATED WITH MY LOGO?
Due to the customization of the merchandise we do not accept returns. In order to prevent issues, it's important to review the proof carefully before approving.
In order to avoid all issues, we provide a detailed proof of artwork that requires your approval before we add print or embroidery to merchandise.
WHAT FILE FORMAT CAN I UPLOAD FOR MY ORDER?
You can upload a jpg. png. or pdf. file

CAN I ADD ADDITIONAL PIECES AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?
Yes. You must add the pieces within 2 days after the original order date.

CAN I SEE HOW MANY ADDITIONAL PIECES I NEED TO ORDER FOR A LOWER PRICE?
Yes. Reference the "Volume Price" box on the product page which shows discounts based quantity.

Review the order confirmation to make sure the correct Style, Color and Sizes have been ordered.
