Assign logos to products

Launch allows admins to assign one or more saved logos directly to individual products throughout their store. This gives your team complete control over how branding appears across apparel, drinkware, bags, headwear, and promotional products.

For example:

  • One Nike polo may feature Logo A embroidered on the left chest
  • Another Nike polo may use Logo B on the right sleeve
  • A YETI tumbler may use a simplified engraved logo
  • A hat may receive Logo C on the front center

Every product can be tailored individually before being added to your store.

Assigning Logos While Adding Products

When selecting products from the Launch catalog, admins can customize branding preferences before saving the product to their store.

To assign logos:

  1. Browse the Launch product catalog
  2. Select a product to customize
  3. Choose one or more saved logos
  4. Select the preferred logo placement
  5. Review the product mockup
  6. Save the customized product to your store

Your saved customization preferences are then applied to that specific product inside your employee store.

Product-Level Branding

Launch is designed around product-level customization rather than store-wide logo rules.

This allows admins to:

  • Use different logos across products
  • Customize placement by product
  • Build curated product collections
  • Create cleaner branding experiences

Different products often require different branding approaches depending on size, material, placement area, and overall product style.

Common Logo Placement Options

Available placements vary by product but may include:

  • Left chest
  • Right chest
  • Full front
  • Full back
  • Sleeve
  • Hat front
  • Hat side
  • Drinkware center
  • Bag panel
  • Upper back

Some products may support multiple logo placements simultaneously.

Choosing the Right Logo Variation

Some products work better with specific logo versions.

Examples include:

  • Simplified logos for embroidery
  • Small logo marks for hats
  • White logos for dark apparel
  • Horizontal logos for sleeve placements
  • One-color logos for smaller items like tech gadgets

Using the right logo variation helps maintain cleaner, more consistent branding across your store.

Best Practices

For the best branding experience:

  • Customize logos individually by product
  • Match logo placement to the product style
  • Keep branding visually consistent across collections
  • Use simplified logos for smaller placements
  • Review product mockups before saving products to your store
