Employees can be: Full-time employees Remote employees Office teams New hires Sales teams Event attendees or approved guest users Employees can be added individually or imported in bulk through the Launch dashboard. Plan Included Employees On-Demand 50 employees Growth 250 employees Scale Unlimited employees Need more employees? Additional employee capacity can be added to eligible Launch plans. Additional employees are commonly used for: Growing teams Multi-office companies Seasonal programs Employee gifting initiatives Large-scale merchandise rollouts What counts as an employee? Each active employee added to your Launch store counts toward your employee usage limit. Examples: Employee with store access = 1 employee Remote employee = 1 employee Employee assigned to a Launch code = 1 employee Archived or removed employees do not count toward your active employee total. Managing employees in Launch Launch allows admins to: Import employees in bulk Add or remove employees at any time Organize employees by tags or groups Limit access to specific Launch codes Manage employee eligibility for ordering Frequently asked questions Can I add more employees later? Yes. Employee capacity can be increased as your company grows. Do inactive employees count toward usage? No. Archived or removed employees do not count toward your active employee total.
