What are employees in Launch?

Employees are the users who can access and place orders through your Launch store.

Employees can be:

  • Full-time employees
  • Remote employees
  • Office teams
  • New hires
  • Sales teams
  • Event attendees or approved guest users

Employees can be added individually or imported in bulk through the Launch dashboard.

Need more employees?

Additional employee capacity can be added to eligible Launch plans.

Additional employees are commonly used for:

  • Growing teams
  • Multi-office companies

What counts as an employee?

Each active employee added to your Launch store counts toward your employee usage limit.

Examples:

  • Employee with store access = 1 employee
  • Remote employee = 1 employee
  • Employee assigned to a Launch code = 1 employee

Archived or removed employees do not count toward your active employee total.

Launch allows admins to:

  • Import employees in bulk
  • Add or remove employees at any time
