We Just Rolled Out the Biggest Launch Update Yet

We’ve been quietly rebuilding Launch from the inside out — and this week, it went live. It's easily the biggest leap forward we've made to date. Built entirely from real customer feedback (benefit of being in the trenches), it’s faster, smarter and designed to give companies total control of their swag stores. 

Here's what's new (and why it matters):

1. Launch codes - we've shifted the employee's primary payment method to discount codes instead of gift cards. They're much easier for companies to manage and they're billed only for what's used (huge!) - unlike gift cards that are billed in full when purchased.

2. Employees tags - companies can now tag employees (office, job title, event) in their Launch dashboard and issue codes based on the tag. When a company needs to give a $200 code to Group-A and $300 to Group-B, this can be done with tags.

3. Messenger - one of biggest gaps in other swag platforms is communication, there's no built-in feature to alert employees with important info (payment method, open date, lead times) forcing Admins to message teams manually. Launch Messenger automates those updates keeping employees up-to-speed and saving Admin's the hassle.

4. Simple onboarding - a new 5-step setup guide helps companies launch faster. What used to take up to five days can now be done in two - and by early 2026, same-day store launches will be possible.

5. Invoices - companies can now pay invoices directly through the dashboard via card or ACH. It's a seamless experience, whereas before, our Accounting team would email an invoice with a payment link.
