Always Open has no minimum store volume requirements, although some accessory products may have individual minimums.
Yes. You can add additional logos, products, or payment codes at any time from your Launch dashboard.
Additional add-ons are billed when purchased and can be removed at any time if they're no longer in use.
Launch offers two payment options. Companies can provide employees with Launch Codes—our name for employee payment codes, which can fund orders using either a fixed dollar amount or a percentage discount.
If an order exceeds the available code value, employees can pay the remaining balance with a credit card.
Companies can also choose Employee Paid, allowing employees to pay the full order amount with a credit card at checkout.
Yes. You can switch plans at any time from the Billing section of your Launch dashboard.
If you switch from On-Demand to Always Open, just make sure your store is closed and your new plan will take effect immediately.
If you switch from Always Open to On-Demand, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Yes. Always Open subscriptions can be canceled from the Billing section of your Launch dashboard. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
On-Demand stores are not subscription-based, so there is nothing to cancel. Simply pay each time you open a new store.
