Launch subscriptions are billed automatically based on the plan and billing schedule selected for your account.
Companies can choose between:
- Monthly billing
- Annual billing
Invoices are generated directly within your Launch dashboard and can be paid using the payment method on file.
What’s included on your invoice?
Launch invoices may include a combination of:
- Subscription fees
- Launch Code usage
- Shipping charges
- Add-ons and additional services
- Other account-related charges
Rather than receiving multiple invoices, account activity is consolidated within your billing dashboard for simplified account management and reporting.
Monthly vs. annual billing
Launch supports both monthly and annual subscription options depending on your company’s needs and merchandise program structure.
Annual billing is commonly used for:
- Ongoing employee swag programs
- Larger company rollouts
- Long-term merchandise management
Monthly billing is often preferred by companies looking for additional flexibility during setup, testing, or evolving employee programs.
Switching between billing options
Customers can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time.
If you upgrade during an active billing cycle, Launch automatically applies a prorated credit toward your annual subscription cost to help prevent overlapping subscription charges.
Customers switching from annual to monthly billing may do so once the current annual billing term has ended.
Viewing and downloading invoices
Invoices can be viewed directly within your Launch dashboard.
Billing contacts and account administrators can:
- View current and past invoices
- Download invoices for accounting records
- Share invoices internally with their team
- Review payment activity and account history
Invoice notifications are automatically emailed to the billing contact on file when new invoices become available.
Launch may also send payment reminders for outstanding balances to help keep accounts current.
Payment methods
Launch invoices can typically be paid using:
- Credit card
- ACH bank transfer
Available payment methods may vary depending on your account setup, billing arrangement, or subscription plan.
Enterprise billing
Some Enterprise plans may include custom billing structures, annual service agreements, or operational billing arrangements depending on the complexity of the merchandise program.
