What are locations in Launch?

Locations allow companies to organize and ship employee orders to multiple delivery destinations through their Launch store.

Locations are commonly used for:

  • Office shipments
  • Regional teams
  • Event deliveries
  • International distribution
  • Temporary shipping destinations
  • Grouped employee shipments

Growth and Scale plans support multi-location shipping management, allowing employee orders to be grouped and shipped together based on their assigned location.

Store admins can assign employees to locations using employee tags.


Need more locations?

Additional location packs can be added to eligible Launch plans.

Additional locations are commonly used for:

  • Expanding office networks
  • Regional fulfillment programs
  • International teams
  • Hybrid workforce management
  • Event-based shipping destinations

What counts as a location?

Each active shipping destination added to your Launch store counts toward your location usage limit.

Examples:

  • Chicago office = 1 location
  • New York office = 1 location
  • London office = 1 location
  • Temporary event location = 1 location

Archived or removed locations do not count toward your active total.
