Merchandise can be returned or exchanged in new and unused condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please visit My Orders in your Lead Apparel account to select the correct order and item(s) that you’d like to return or exchange. Within this page, you can request a store credit instead of a refund. Once submitted you’ll receive an email with instructions including a return authorization number and return address.
Please note: Clearance, Discontinued and Final Sale items can't be returned.
Custom Embroidered or Printed Merchandise:
Given the customization, orders with custom embroidered or screen printed artwork are not eligible for return or exchange unless you have received the wrong merchandise or the wrong artwork has been used. To avoid any possibility of an unsatisfactory result, we offer samples of merchandise and always send artwork for your approval before your order goes into production for customization.
